Our Story

ABLE4ALL is a consulting initiative that goes beyond diversity, aiming to make inclusivity and accessibility a natural part of organizational culture. We guide institutions in creating more inclusive and accessible work environments for everyone, with a particular focus on individuals with disabilities.

Our Vision

Our vision is to ensure that all institutions embrace the principles of inclusivity and accessibility, both internally and externally, regardless of personal differences, fostering a sustainable cultural shift.

Our Technology

ABLE4ALL analyzes institutions' accessibility and inclusivity rates using academically grounded evaluation systems and inclusion metrics, supporting their development journey.

ABLE4ALL Evaluation Program

Survey

We use a specially designed evaluation system called the "ABLE4ALL Inclusivity Measure," developed by academics to assess an organization's level of inclusion. The survey measures personal perceptions, awareness levels, conscious and unconscious biases, workplace satisfaction, and organizational statistics, while also evaluating the organization's physical and digital accessibility.

 

Based on these findings, we create a roadmap for improvement and conduct regular assessments to measure progress and provide recommendations.

Training

Our training programs, led by experts in diversity and inclusion, increase awareness among your employees. These programs combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications, empowering participants to foster an inclusive culture. 

Training for HR Teams

ERG Training Programs

The training programs for Human Resources teams aim to enhance their skills in fostering inclusivity and effectively communicating with candidates with disabilities.
